Shipping

If you wish to send to an address outside Japan, please let us know by emailing us. Otherwise, your shipping fee is charged in your original auction invoice (handling fee of $15) in the case of excess weight (car part, etc) any additional charges will be invoiced to your account.

If a seller sends your item by COD or you have to pay for the shipping portion of your item again, just send us a copy if your receipt by email or by regular mail, and you will be refunded ASAP! To request a refund to your account, please fill out this form here.

APO and FPO Issues

In some cases, we can send direct from the Japan seller to APO and FPO in Japan. In the case that we cannot, it will be sent to our warehouse here in Japan and we can store it for you and you may request shipment at anytime. Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges.

Rinkya is not responsible for damaged, ruined, missing items. All items are insured and any incident should be taken up with the Japanese post office. Rinkya will provide you with the necessary information to help with your claim.
